Letter to the German Foreign Ministry: transfer Ambassador Schieb away from Serbia and rebuild our destroyed National Library

MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Probably in order to deprive Germany of its responsibility for tens of millions of victims, the devastated economy, the destroyed private property and to inform the world about its inner transformation, Germany erected a memorial at a central point in Berlin with the inscription, where it was not written, that it committed genocide to million tenths of Europeans, but rather: "With this memorial we want to pay tribute to the killed victims, we want to preserve memories of unimaginable events in German history and warn future generations never to touch human rights again, to defend a democratic state to uphold equality before the law and oppose all dictatorship and tyranny. "

Unfortunately, we have a lot of information or evidence to suggest or confirm that Germany is the main culprit in breach of its own and international regulations: for the disintegration of Yugoslavia, for the destruction of public and private property, for bad relations between the former republics , for bad relations between Belgrade and Pristina, for the demonization of Serbs, allegations that Serbia committed "genocide" against a couple of thousands of military capable muslim men in the area of the municipality of Srebrenica etc.

When it comes to Serbia, there are many ways Germany can help to remedy the harmful consequences that have been unjustifiably and shamelessly inflicted on Serbia and the Serbs over the past hundred years. In the current situation, which was caused by the statements of the German ambassadors, a decision by Germany to rebuild the burned and destroyed Serbian national library and to send Ambassador Thomas Schieb away from Serbia would be interpreted as a gestures of goodwill.

With reference to checking the merits of our information and suggestions, we state the following:

01 German Ambassador to Montenegro Robert Weber, emphasized, according to media reports on March 29, 2021, "... as a representative of my country, which through totalitarianism, nationalism and racial hatred, caused the catastrophe of World War II and the Holocaust and took the blame on itself" , and stated:" Confessing guilt has never been easy, but it is owed to the victims and the truth. And only by admitting guilt can the door to a better future be opened to forgiveness and reconciliation. "

02 German Ambassador to Serbia Thomas Schieb, according to media reports, stated on April 7, 2021 that the bombing of Serbia (over 78 days) was necessary to avoid genocide in Kosovo , and continued: "I am aware that this is a controversial issue and that there was no decision by the UN Security Council ... (...) but that didn't just happen. ".
The day before, through the bombing of Belgrade and the burning of the Serbian National Library in Belgrade, the ambassador confirmed that Germany (Hitler) had made the decision to attack Yugoslavia in violation of international law and that there was no official declaration of war. "The intention of Hitler and his executors was to erase the cultural memory of the Serbian nation, a European nation." .. "

03 The German court has also determined the illegality of the German participation in the destruction and bombing of Serbia (Yugoslavia). IN THE JUDGMENT of the Berlin-Tiergarten District Court 239 Ds 446/99, which became legally binding on 08/16/2001, the following is stated:

The deployment of the German Armed Forces against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was objectively unlawful because it contravened the applicable international law. The violation affected the general rules of international law. a) The aerial warfare against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia violated the absolute prohibition of violence in Article 2 No. 4 of the UN Charter (…) b) The war against Yugoslavia was also not covered by unwritten customary international law. (...) Unauthorized intervention of this kind is not permitted under applicable international law, even if it is carried out for humanitarian reasons. (...) Since the deployment of the Bundeswehr /German Armed Forces/ against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia violated the applicable international law from the beginning on, it is no longer crucial that the way it had been carried out also meets the very serious doubts existing from the point of view of international law.", reads the cited judgment.

04 But on August 23, 2011 the then Federal Chancellor informed the Serbian President Boris Tadić that Serbia would not get an EU candidacy unless the independence of the self-proclaimed state of Kosovo is factually and legally recognized .

05 Leaving aside the given message, local regulations and international law, we are of the opinion that the following statements can still be enforced: the German Emperor Wilhelm II: “ The people is to be eradicated”, the German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel Serbs are to be forced on their knees" or the one that the German Chief of Staff von Moltke addressed to his Austro-Hungarian counterpart Franz Conrad von Hötzendorf -" Let Bulgarians against Serbs, let that scum slaughter each other ".

06 After returning from Germany, possibly impressed by the talks held at the time, the Serbian Prime Minister at the time, Dr. Zoran Đinđić stated in an interview to DER SPIEGEL at the end of December 2002: should Kosovo gain independence, than the Dayton Agreement must be revised as well, so that the Serbs in the Republic of Srpska get the same rights.

07 Was under the influence of Germany so called Prizren League resurrected in the period from 16-19.09.1943 in Prizren, in order to create independent Kosovo and to realize the concept of Greater Albania?

08 In order to prevent the the reunified Germany creation of new destabilizations and international conflicts, the four victorious powers (France, Great Britain, the USA, Russia) signed the " TWO-PLUS-FOUR CONTRACT" (2+4 Treaty) on September 12, 1990 in Moscow with West and East Germany signed. By means of the aforementioned treaty, Germany has undertaken and given a guarantee - that a new war shall never again be started from the German soil, and that the Germans shall use their weapons exclusively in accordance with their constitution and the Charter of the United Nations.

09 The former President of the Presidency of SFR Yugoslavia (Croatian representative in the Presidium of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) Stipe Mesić highlighted on November 7th, 1995 as a guest in the contact program of the Slovenian TV channel MTV with Slovenian President Milan Kučan: “ I wanted the idea about the destruction of Yugoslavia transferred to those who had the greatest influence on its fate - to Genscher and to the Pope. I even met Genscher for three times. He made contact with the Holy See possible for me. The Pope and Genscher agreed to the complete destruction of SFRY . (As a note, Genscher signed the above-mentioned TWO-PLUS-FOUR CONTRACT on behalf of West Germany.)

10 The following was noted about Germany's role in the destruction of Yugoslavia and the unilateral recognition of Croatia:

11 Willy Wimmer (Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE , Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Defense, CDU member of the Bundestag and security expert) also commented on the reasons for the destruction of Yugoslavia and Serbia. In an official REPORT, which was submitted to Chancellor Gerhard Schröder on May 2nd, 2000 after the end of the conference on the Balkans and NATO expansion, Willy Wimmer stated:

12 Shortly after the state of Kosovo proclaimed itself to be questioned about what has changed in the eight years since reporting to Schröder, Willi Wimmer replied (on March 30, 2008):

13 The then Defense Minister of SFR Yugoslavia, Veljko Kadijević, states in his book about the beginning of the destruction of the SFRY and Germany's role in it: “ Germany took on a leading role in the destruction of Yugoslavia. Its goal was clear ... Not only should Yugoslavia be destroyed, but its states should be made hostile to the point, where no agreement between them would be possible neither now nor ever again ... the emergence of the unified Serbian state must not be allowed ... So, for example the German military envoy deployed in Belgrade occasionally used the following expressions in communication with his colleagues from Western countries: Yugoslavia does not exist ... Serbian pigs ... the best Serb is a dead Serb ... I can't stand a single Serb ... " .

14 Statements of the German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel also originate from that time: that “Force Serbs to their knees” , “Lasting peace will only be possible if the issues of Kosovo, Sandžak and Vojvodina are resolved” and “The demands of the Kosovar Albanians, the administration of Belgrade to quit are lawful ”.

15 One month before his assasination (on February 22, 2003) Zoran Đinđić had meetings in Germany with Michael Steiner and Gerhard Schröder. Speaking of Kosovo and the borders of Serbia, Schröder said to him: " Serbia will never be a part of the European Union. The borders of the European Union are the borders of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy ..."
