TO THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT: Your resolution does not reconciliate, but destroys relations between Muslims and Serbs

The EP's Resolution of June 24th, 2021 on BiH will never achieve its proclaimed goal to reconciliate Serbs and Muslims, but rather to cement existing divisions

Comment contesting the unfounded and contradictory blame shifting and accusations against Serbs with declassified evidence from British archives, "Fatwa" and declarations

THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT - Brussels
Subject:
Resolution of June 24th, 2021 on BiH

According to our 30-year research, the persistently unstable situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been caused by: ignoring the Republic of Srpska, charging the Serbs of genocide, by urging Serbs to accept genocide and pass a law banning the denial of genocide, accusations of co-operation with the Russians and Chinese, by illegally imposing high representatives and their decisions, by non-existence of legal remedy against decisions of high representatives, by appointing foreign judges of the Constitutional Court and decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court in violation of the Dayton Agreement, by not prosecuting Muslims for burning dozens of Serb villages to the ground after the massacre/atrocities or proscriptions of Serbs etc.

if the goal of the European Parliament is the real reconciliation of Muslims, Serbs and Croats -- which would mean, inter-ethnic, inter-religious dialog, the removal of separation, secessionist, ethnonationalist and anti-constitutional rhetoric - that goal will never ever be achieved through the EP Conclusions contained in the Resolution on BiH of June 24th, 2021, which only cement further existing divisions.

We quote a part documents, related to Muslims
in BiH and the world, as a proof that our conclusions are correct:

1. Muslims are brothers (Quran, 49/10)

2. THE ISLAMIC DECLARATION of Alija Izetbegović of 1970:
The Islamic community covers space from Morocco to Indonesia. Islam contains the concept of the ummet, i.e. the desire to unite all Muslims in the unique community. Islamic order can only be achieved in countries where Muslims represent the majority of the population. Islam is incompatible with non-Islamic systems and there is neither peace nor co-existence between "Islamic faith" and non-Islamic social and political institutions….

3. The Mufti Council in Sarajevo issued the FATWA on July 3rd 2015 , which qualifies acts of terror, killing and expelling Muslims in the protected zones of Srebrenica and Žepa, from the point of view of Islamic law, as genocide against Muslim Bosniaks. (…) based on this FATWA, the Council of Mufti of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sandžak, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and the Bosniak diaspora obliges every male and female Muslim to do what is in their power to eliminate the consequences of genocide. This religious obligation has the strength of individual and community responsibility for all male and female Muslims. https://www.islamskazajednica.ba/index.php/fetve-i-rezolucije/26102-fetva-o-srebrenici

4. The Assembly of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted on July 4th, 2015. A declaration on the genocide against Bosniaks in Srebrenica UN-protected zone. The Assembly, as the document reads, condemns genocide against Bosniaks, Muslims in Srebrenica, planned by a policy of greater Serbia, under direct assistance from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and points to the collective responsibility of the Serbian people for recognizing that crimes, including the crime of genocide, have been committed on behalf of the people, therefore, the obligation for the Serbian people to face the consequences of the genocide committed…https://mesihat.org/2015/07/06/deklaracija-o-genocidu-nad-bosnjacima-u-srebrenici-zasticenoj-zoni-un-a/

5. THE 7th CONGRESS passed on September 14th, 2019 the SDA’S PROGRAM DECLARATION dedicated to achieving the main goal - building Bosnia and Herzegovina full of equality among citizens, traditional doctrine of Islam practiced in this area for centuries, affirmation of the Bosniak identity (original: bošnjaštvo) as the ethnic determinant of the most numerous people in BiH, ensuring the use and promotion of the Bosnian language, preserving the truth about aggression in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the removal of ethnic and entity blocks and mechanisms, etc. (hence: BiH without Republic of Srpska).
On the day of October 18th, 2003, a day before Alija Izetbegović died, he was visited by the Turkish President, to whom Alija said: “Tayyip, you are the descendants of Fatih, this space is in your bequest (original: amanet), so keep it safe

6. On the 3rd SESSION of the SDA General Board held on June 23rd, 2021 or the day before the European Parliament session, many conclusions were adopted. In addition to urging the BiH presidency to finally secure the signing of the treaty with the Islamic community in BiH, the majority of the conclusions refer to Serbs and RS (Republic of Srpska): warning about a wave of Serbian nationalism; it is proposed to intensify co-operation with political forces in the region due to the danger of “Serbian World”; it is proposed to remove the prefix “Serb” in the BiH Constitution; the most strongly condemned is the Republic of Serbia because of the repeated usurpations on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s resources; it points to a new wave of shameful and uncivilized denial of genocide , etc. http://sda.ba/vijest/zakljucci-3-sjednice-glavnog-odbora-sda/1354

7. As for the genocide charges, that are mentioned by the European Parliament as well, it is unfounded. In order to commit genocide, the intention of the perpetrator (Serb Krstić, Mladić, etc.) is necessary, and that intention has never existed. There was only the common desire of all, that the pro-party win, but not to commit genocide against Muslims. Serbs with most Muslims (Western Bosnia) were very close throughout the war years. To that end, we're providing evidence.

a. In the last elections that were held before the breakup of Yugoslavia, on November 18th, 1990, the SDA Muslim party was represented by Fikret Abdić, who got 1.045.539 votes and Alija Izetbegović, who got 879.266 votes. Because of the disagreements over the role of religion, the Bosniak identity, etc. Abdić withdrew to the Western Bosnia, leaving the post of BiH President to Alija Izetbegović. In Western Bosnia, he formed the Autonomous Province of the Western Bosnia, based on the so-called Serbia's autonomous region (SAO) of 1991 As a businessman, interested exclusively in economy and not religion, Abdić signed on October 21st, 1993 in Zagreb a ”joint statement” with Bosnian Croats representative Mate Boban and Croat President Tuđman, and left for Belgrade the next day, where in the presence of Slobodan Milošević he signed the “Declaration of Peace” with Karadžić. In this way, he created conditions for the economic development of the Western Bosnia by performing all traffic and turnover through and with both Serbia and Croatia. That’s why Izetbegović's Muslims declared him a traitor and he was in a war conflict with them. Following the August 1994 conflict with Alija Izetbegović, under pressure from the ARBiH’s Fifth Corps units, he had to withdraw to Croatia, but with the help of Martić’s Serbs, he returns and declares independence of theso-called Republic of Western Bosnia. Abdić headed Western Bosnia until August 6th, 1995, when the ARBiH (Army of BiH- Army of Bosnian Muslims loyal to Izetbegović), assisted by the Croatian Army, which entered BiH, and took over the Republic of Western Bosnia.
So, at the same time, from 1993 till August 6th, 1995 Serbs
were being the closest ones to tens or hundreds of thousands of Abdić’s Muslims in the Republic of Western Bosnia, wheres in the Eastern Bosnia, in Srebrenica, from July 13 till July 19th 1995 they are committing “genocide” against several thousand ARBiH members and military-capable Muslims(!). The co-operation between Fikret Abdić and the Republic of Western Bosnia with the Serbs was the real reason that Muslims under the control of Alija Izetbegović, as early as on March 20th, 1993 sued Yugoslavia for genocide, that did not exist, and “that will happen” two years later, allegedly from July 13th to July 19th 1995. The Judgment No. 91 of February 26th, 2007 refers to the State of Serbia, which neither existed on March 20th, 1993 nor on February 26th, 2007 as a state. The cited Judgment, passed against the Statute of the Court, was probably necessary for someone to be blamed for the violent and illegal breakup of Yugoslavia. More information on that could be provided by the Pope’s and the former German minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher’s followers, and there are also plenty of evidence in the German Bundestag's records.

b. In order to get rid of Abdić and get parts of Sarajevo, Izetbegović conducted persistent provocations in the Srebrenica area, with ARBiH soldiers from Srebrenica itself. In the period from 1992 till “genocide”, around 3.200 Serbs were killed in the area , many villages were burned, displaced, etc. The United Kingdom Ministry of Defense testifies on these developments in its secret files (SECTARY OF STATE MO 6/18/5G 14.6.1995-12.7.1995), disclosed and released only last year, on January 4th, 2020, which, among other things, reads: “the recent BSA /Republic of Srpska Army/ attack on the Srebrenica enclave was prompted by constant attacks by BiH during the previous 3 months on the BSA supply route to the south of the enclave. The BSA attacks were almost certainly initiated by a local commander and we do not think that they are part of Pale /Bosnian Serbs capital at that time/ inspired plan to overrun on the enclave." https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C17071119

c. With continuous charges of Serb genocide, the United States and other countries are trying to justify crimes committed in the Middle East countries. And Muslims (ummet), are trying to achieve a better position in BiH and European countries by using constant charges against Serbs for alleged genocide. These are additional reasons why neither of them will ever give up on unfoundedly accusing Serbs of “genocide” - backed by the European Parliament's conclusions.
